Our History
In 1980, a small non-profit organization began its course facing the challenges of employment rights in the workplace. Since then it has grown into the United States Employment Rights Protection Agency. So that employees could unite in a Nationwide organization to discrimination, harassment and workplace safety awareness, we provide training and assistance to employees, employers, and employment rights advocacy agencies.
